Mail-in repairs are handled as soon as they come in. After payment is received, they are shipped back same day or next morning. Most of the wait is just shipping time. We even cover the cost of USPS return shipping and tracking.
When using your preferred shipping method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we recommend bubble wrap and a padded envelope to package your device for delivery. Be sure to include a brief note, your contact info including email address, and passcode to the device (if any). We also recommend disabling facial recognition as your passcode (if possible) before shipping your device to us.
Your device will be repaired as soon as it comes in. You will receive an invoice in your inbox, which can be paid online by credit or debit card with Square.
As soon as we receive payment, your device is mailed back. We cover the cost of USPS return shipping and tracking.
