HISTORY

Mobile Device Medics is a family-operated, independent mobile device repair shop located in Hyannis, MA. Founded in 2012 to service the burgeoning demand for quick, convenient, high-quality mobile device repairs in the Cape Cod region, MDM has grown to become the most recommended mobile device repair provider on Cape Cod.

Our owner and technician, Chris Baker, is a local family man from Yarmouth, MA with an IT degree from Cape Cod Community College. Our technical knowledge and 10+ years of extensive experience allows us to effectively advise our clients when a device is fixable, and when it is simply a goner. We would rather lose potential business than offer a repair that we feel is simply not feasible.

Our Main St, Hyannis repair shop is equipped with the proper tools and parts necessary to handle virtually every mobile device problem out there. Most repairs, with the exception of iPads and certain MacBook repairs, can be done in about 45-60 minutes. No appointments are ever needed – just drop by anytime during our operating hours!

There are no diagnostic fees, unless its a case of water damage where several hours of our time is spent. Common repair rates and turnaround times are listed in our repair sections. If you are looking for a device or repair not found on our site, feel free to contact us via phone or email. You’ll be quoted a price based on the level of damage to your device, and if in agreement, we will repair your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Simple as that!
