I stopped by the store and my charging of my iphone was not working. Well he tried to fix but could not.
What he did do was say I can still help you. What I did not realize was that I never backed up the phone so all my contacts and all the info on the phone was gone.
He told me that he would put in a new battery and send the info upto the cloud. by the time the next morning came around the phone died.
Here is the rest of the story
He told me that he would charge the battery in another iphone and then transfer the battery to my phone and then try to back it up again.
It worked
He could have just said sorry but he kept trying and not asking for additional money.

I stopped by and in 15 minutes my phone was fixed! I had stopped at the Apple store the night before where they told me I had a bunch of repair work done! For a lot of money, Was not the case as I thought.
Extremely pleased with the service, and the price!!! The owner was extremely nice too!

My screen was cracked and pieces of glass were even missing..Chris replaced my screen and my phone looks brand new--all in a few hours time!! Also, his dog Zero is the sweetest boy!!

My screen was cracked and tried to fix it with the parts that I bought on line but I couldn't fix it rather made it worth. I went here and was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back after 15 minutes and my phone was fixed. Before trying to fix it by yourself and making it worth, go there and be amazed how he does it!

Found this place after being in a full on panic after breaking the glass on my iPhone. Sprint useless, Mac express absurdly expensive. Made a phone call to MDM he stayed open later for me even though I showed up later than I said I would, knocked out my repair in record time (expertly and perfectly) and had me on my way. Super nice guy (I regret not getting his name so I could mention it) as bonus he had a super cool dog that was only too happy to let me pet him.
I will shout praises of Mobile Device Medics from the rooftops and tell everyone who will listen to use them. A customer for life
