I stopped by the store and my charging of my iphone was not working. Well he tried to fix but could not.
What he did... do was say I can still help you. What I did not realize was that I never backed up the phone so all my contacts and all the info on the phone was gone.
He told me that he would put in a new battery and send the info upto the cloud. by the time the next morning came around the phone died.
Here is the rest of the story
He told me that he would charge the battery in another iphone and then transfer the battery to my phone and then try to back it up again.
It worked
He could have just said sorry but he kept trying and not asking for additional money.

I stopped by and in 15 minutes my phone was fixed! I had stopped at the Apple store the night before where they told... me I had a bunch of repair work done! For a lot of money, Was not the case as I thought.
